We are proud to offer SRT, or superficial radiation therapy, as a treatment option
for non-melanoma skin cancer. SRT is a treatment option for patients who want to avoid the pain,
downtime and scarring from surgery. Superficial radiation therapy is very effective in treating
non melanoma skin cancer and has minimal side effects. The treatment is fast and painless, and the
most common side effect is skin redness in the treatment area that resolves once the treatment is completed.
An ultrasound is performed before each treatment that shows the cancer shrinking
and eventually cured after the treatment is completed. Patients that receive SRT treatment
